WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
The standard local shipping is done through LBC and the standard international shipping is done through FedEx.

Same-day deliveries may be availed in selected areas through Grab, LalaMove, Mr. Speedy, or other same-day delivery services. If you wish to avail same-day deliveries, please contact us through the contact details below. The service will be booked by the customer, once they are informed that the order has been prepared.

For bulk orders, air freight, sea freight, and truckload options are available, depending on the preference of the customer and the availability of the service in the customer’s area. If you wish to order in bulk, please contact us directly through the following contact details.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Standard shipping durations apply. For LBC deliveries within Metro Manila, it can take 2 to 4 days for the order to arrive. For provincial LBC deliveries, the lead time is 5 to 7 days. For bulk orders within Luzon, air freight and truckload options are delivered between 2 to 4 days. For bulk orders to Visayas and Mindanao, air freight takes 2 to 4 days, and sea freight takes 7 to 14 days. For international orders, the estimated duration will differ depending on the customer's country.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally. Our main delivery option for international orders is the FedEx Door to Door service. We may also provide quotations for other options, depending on the preference of the customer. Please contact us for shipping quotations using different couriers.
WHEN DO OUT OF STOCK ITEMS BECOME AVAILABLE?
Out of stock items in the Eljan Sports website may be available in our retail branches. Please contact us at sales@eljansports.com or +63 2 8990-1656 for stock inquiries. We will check our other branches for the item's availability.

Some items may be out of stock but tagged with "Contact Us for Orders". This is because the said items are too large to be shipped through the standard couriers. Please contact us if you would like to order these items and we will provide you with a quotation.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Dragonpay (for bank deposit and other cash payment methods) and Paypal payments are accepted. GCash can be used for transactions done outside the Eljan Sports website.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you pay for your order, we will pack it and turn it over to our trusted partner couriers. We will provide you with a tracking number via e-mail once the package has been shipped.
CAN I RETURN AND EXCHANGE MY ORDERS?
If the item doesn’t fit or has any defects, you may return or exchange your order within 7 days of receiving it.

Please note that we will only accept returns within 7 days of the item’s delivery and arrival. Please also keep the original packaging of the item.
